Red-billed Blue-Magpie
The red-billed blue magpie is an eye catching bird in kasauli mainly because of the sound it produces. It ranges from Himalayas eastwards into Myanmar, Cambodia, Laosand Vietnam in evergreen forest and scrub in predominantly hilly or mountainous country. They nest in trees and large shrubs in a relatively shallow nest. This bird lays 3 to 5 eggs. Orientel White Eye
It is a resident breeder in open woods in tropical Asia, east from the Indian subcontinent to Southeast Asia. They forage in small groups, feeding on nectar and small insects. They are easily distinguished by the distinctive white eye-ring and overall yellowish body.
